The scene was set with contractors dressed in their best shooting gear at the Detroit Gun Club earlier this month for the annual Associated Builders and Contractors of Southeastern Michigan (ABC SEMI) Trap Shoot. For the third year in a row, Tom Campbell, owner of Campbell Industrial Contractors, hosted an event.
“Overall the shoot was a great success,” said ABC SEMI President and CEO Keith Ledbetter. “It is rare that this time of year our members can take a day to enjoy some shooting and good camaraderie—and the weather was amazing. We are always looking for unique ways for our members to network and this one is always a favorite.”
A steak dinner was sponsored by Campbell and prizes were given away including a Weatherby 12-guage auto shotgun. Mike Barber, representative for ABC Associate member UBS Financial, won the trap shoot with an impressive score of 68.
