SEMCA Celebrates Their Graduates
Southeast Michigan Construction Academy (SEMCA) celebrated its graduating Class of 2018 during their recent commencement ceremony for its 33 seniors.
“The Class of 2018 has been able to demonstrate perseverance and courage as students worked alongside our outstanding instructors to achieve their goal,” said SEMCA Vice President Mickey Mortimer. “I commend them for all of their hard work and hope they will continue on the path of great success to achieve their aspirations.”
SEMCA Board Chairman Rob Molnar of Wm. Molnar Roofing, Inc. was on hand to pass out diplomas and shake each graduates hand.
“Completing course work in a number of various trades, such as: electrical, sheet metal, carpentry and HVAC, the graduates look forward to applying their trade and continuing the merit shop philosophy in their work,” said Molnar. “The staff and Board of Directors for ABC SEMI and SEMCA instructors and staff wish them all the best in their future endeavors.”
