Jeff VanPamel is a third-generation master plumber
and started Discover Plumbing in 2009. He currently owns two plumbing
companies: one in St. Louis, MO and Discover Plumbing in Shelby Township,
Michigan. They currently have 28 employees, with a third of them being either
