Keith Ledbetter, President & CEO
Keith oversees all staff and operations of both the ABC SEMI Chapter and the trade school, SEMCA.

Mickey Mortimer, VP of Workforce Development and External Affairs
Mickey’s primary responsibility is to oversee SEMCA and develop opportunities to expand curriculum and locations for training in the trades. In addition, Mickey handles external affairs for ABC SEMI seeking out new initiatives and media opportunities.

John Manor, Membership Director
John handles all facets of membership for ABC SEMI. He oversees member benefits, database, discount programs, and incentives for members. He manages associate member relations and coordinates ABCs workers’ compensation program, called the ABC Fund.

Deanna Morley, Education Director
Deanna is in charge of overseeing all education efforts for SEMCA, including but not limited to instructors, students, curriculum, education audits, and facility. In addition, she heads up our scholarship efforts for the trade school and partnership agreements with participating educational organizations.

Kim Gamet, Safety Director
Kim is responsible for all member safety services and training. She provides all OSHA training for students and specialized training for members.

Grace Bonventre, Education Services Coordinator
Grace is responsible for all student services, billing, attendance, and grades. In addition, she assists instructors to ensure they have all books and materials needed to conduct classes at SEMCA and our satellite campuses.

Greg Tankersley, Business Development Consultant
Greg handles new member recruitment for ABC SEMI. He is active in the construction community seeking out potential contractor ABC members throughout southeast Michigan.
